Spring is Here…

Spring is here and that means there are lots of deadlines you need to know. After spring break next week, there will be 2 weeks to finish your Dewey sheet if you’d like to attend the Dewey Party. Dewey sheets are due April 25th. Do your best to finish by the due date–you don’t want to miss the party!

Please be aware that May 3rd all books are due back to the Media Center. You may still visit, but you’ll need to use the materials in the center.

“My shoe is off. My foot is cold. I have a bird I like to hold.”

This is our last day of contests for awhile. I hope you’ve enjoyed it!

Winter Break…Ahh!

Ok, peeps. I’ve been absent from the blog for a very long time, but I’m going to try to keep you updated more often. The news for today is….WINTER BREAK!!

What are you doing this week? Resting? Traveling? Soaring to new heights?

Tell me about it in a short paragraph or two, I’ll post your comments, and we’ll see how everyone spent their week.

Remember to use correct grammar and punctuation. Leave texting behind when you’re posting comments here!

I’m excited to hear what you’re doing, and I’ll even add my 2 cents about my week, too!

Have a safe, happy week and I’ll see you later!

Who Am I? Friday

My father was killed in a car accident.

Because I didn’t believe the explanation of his death, I decided to find his car.

When I found his car I realized it wasn’t a car accident, he was shot.

I am now a teenage spy who has lots of great adventures.

Who am I?

If you know who I am, please post a comment with the name my character and the title of the book. Include your name and homeroom.

Who Am I?

I am an overweight teenager. I was convicted of a crime I didn’t commit and was sent to a juvenile detention center. I had a hard time dealing with things that happened at Camp Green Lake. My best friend’s name is Zero.

WHO AM I?

If you know who I am, post a comment to this blog. Include my name, your name, and your homeroom teacher.

Good luck!
